Drawing inspiration from the wilds of the Pacific Northwest, Michelle Diaz writes primarily sci-fi and fantasy, brushing on other genres when the interest takes hold.

She has written over a dozen short stories, completed a novel at the age of twelve, and has been awarded several certificates of recognition by international writing contests.
When she isn’t hidden behind a computer screen pretending to write, she can be found training a service dog for her special needs sister, looking for adventure, or tackling a new challenge.
